The philosophy

In the XIX century, under the name "gymnosophia" naturism was created in France. naturism is a doctrine advocating the close relationship between man and nature.
The source of freedom and well-being according to many naturists, speak of "inside nudity", naturism is not only characterized by collective nudity. Indeed, healthy food, friendliness, tolerance, respect for each other and for the environment make this practice a real lifestyle.

Practiced in a peaceful environment with all generations and ethnicities, naturism helps to clear social barriers and put everyone on an equal footing. It allows the forgetting of bashfulness and tensions often imposed by our everyday lives.

Some experts wonder about the psychology of a child when confronted with the nakedness of his parents. Pediatrician and psychoanalyst Dolto, as well as others, see only educational advantages if it is practiced in a healthy environment. According to psychologist and sexologist Yvon Dallaire, family nudity is beneficial for the psychological health of children and poses only a problem in an abnormal and ambiguous context.

Young people feel increasingly distant, as well as apprehensive towards naturism, which pushes them to reject it, this is due to the superficial nature in our society today, combined with the pressurized influences of fashion as well as, the cult of the body and censorship in films.

However the young people of our generation are the future of naturism, therefore this attitude needs to be amended.
